Sorry, only the other comments about reverse vignetting or edge-lighting are sheer nonsense. You could see anything if you flavour hard adequate – and that is the point. I originally bought the Samsung UN46B8000 (46 in LED) UN55B8000 and observed no such issue whatsoever – but a superb picture. Afterwards nearly 30 days I got bigger screen envy, so I went back to Best Purchase and purchased the UN55B8000 (55 inch), and traded in the 46 inch. Once again a fantastic picture with no edge-lighting. No issues at all. Samsung has hitting the sweet situation with the 8000 series. This 240Hz version is especially wonderful when regarding action scenes.
Anyone who has discovered my placed is blown snuff by the superb picture, rich colors, color contrast, etc. – and these are comments from my friends, the Geek Team installers, the Dish Network guy, and so on. This put was worth every penny. You will salary more, merely you get what you earnings for. And on top of entirely that, this put allows me to go radio and online with the built-in widgets (the Samsung USB link is extra).
